Francesca March

My research investigates psychophysiological and behavioral markers of stress and social interaction in organizational and social contexts, using multimodal approaches (e.g., HR, SCR, thermal imaging, and body movement analysis), including autonomic synchrony. During my previous research experience, I was involved in projects using Immersive Virtual Reality to investigate social touch, including how positive and negative touch influence perceptions of attractiveness and trustworthiness, as well as a study on virtual touch perception in patients. These experiences reflect my interest in using emerging technologies to study complex social processes.
